College Presents Sampling of Public Events Through Early January

A Soulful Christmas Comes to Plattsburgh

Department of Music Presents Karen Becker and Friends Concert

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (NOV. 12, 2008) - The SUNY Plattsburgh music department will present the popular concert recital series, "Karen Becker and Friends" on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 7:30 p.m. in the E. Glenn Giltz Auditorium, Hawkins Hall, on the SUNY Plattsburgh campus. The concert will feature Dr. Karen Becker (piano) with guest artist, Janet Harriman (harp) playing music for 277 strings. Admission is free and open to the public.

Champlain Valley Voices and SUNY Plattsburgh Choral Union Present Handel's Messiah

SUNY Plattsburgh Hosts Program on Displaced People of Sudan

Night of Nations Celebrates Diversity

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (Nov. 18, 2008) - SUNY Plattsburgh has the second largest number of international students, per capita, of any of the colleges in the State University of New York System, coming in second only to the University at Buffalo. In order to celebrate the diversity on campus, the students, with the guidance of Larry Dolan, student activities assistant, created a night in which international students can educate the community about their cultures.
